Kari Sam Wuhrer was born on 28th April 1968 is an American Actress and Singer. Wuhrer began her career as she was just a teen. She is most known for playing Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders as well in the role of the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised within Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble and worked as a pay clerk as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. She has three brothers and sisters. When she was young she sang in nightclubs, and then went on to sing. When she began studying acting at Wooster School from 13 years old, she was a drama student at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in Marymount Manhattan College and Columbia University. She also studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts under the famed Uta Hagen. Born on April 28 the 28th of April, 1967 on the 28th of April in Brookfield Connecticut.
