Lucy-Liu

Lucy Liu is an American voice actress, producer, and singer. As an intelligent and attractive actress, Lucy Liu serves as a role model for many Asian actors who are in Hollywood who wish to make it big. Her fame was boosted by several popular roles in the series. The most notable was The Ally McBeal series, where she played Ling Woo the villainous character. In the wake of a rapid rise in fame, the actress landed roles on big screens including Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. The actress then gave an outstanding performance in the role of Japanese criminal lord O'Ren Ishii as part of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. In the same time frame, she played the lead in several flops at the box office including Rise: Blood Hunter. In animated movies such as Kung Fu Panda, Tinker Bell and others she voiced characters with prominent voices. Mia Mason from Cashmere Mafia was an unimportant role which did not have any effect. An appearance in the critically-acclaimed police drama Southland helped re-establish herself as an actress of note. Liu is extremely cautious when choosing her roles so that she does not become the victim of a highly intensely competitive field. Although she is adamant about her heritage however, this has not hindered her in her work being an artist.
